"A Day with Uncle Fred"

This week, Joe takes a break from the norm. Instead of using a guide service or traveling to some exotic destination, Joe spends a day with his long time hunting and fishing partner and Uncle Fred. About 40 years ago, Uncle Fred introduced Joe to a fishing rod and a shotgun and the rest is history. The Rossi men decided to head to Lake Erie to fish for Fred's passion, Largemouth and Smallmouth Bass! The weather over that weekend was pretty cold and windy forcing the guys to fish the bays and lagoons but that did not stop them at all. Join Joe and Uncle Fred as they slam the Bass of Lake Erie and reflect on some old times. As always, Joe will be cooking up something special on "Cooking on the Wildside"
