Joe's Wildside Adventures, will air on THE SPORTSMAN CHANNEL in the Fall of 2007. Joe Rossi, a native of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania will combine over 35 years of hunting and fishing experience to bring to the airwaves an exciting outdoor show.  The show will feature the best in hunting and fishing destinations throughout the United States and abroad. 

As an added feature, he will also be doing his very popular cooking segment called “COOKING On the WILD SIDE with Joe Rossi”, that will feature the preparation and cooking of various types of wild fish and game with a gourmet approach.

Joe has been hunting and fishing for over 35 years and has been preparing wild fish and game dishes for over 20.  He is currently the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for a small electronics company in Pittsburgh, but has a deep passion for the outdoors and cooking.

This combination of the field and stream will make for a new and exciting brand of outdoor TV. From The Chesapeake Bay to Belize, from South Dakota to the South Laguna Madre, Joe will provide a fresh and exciting approach to the outdoors.
