Joe's Wildside Adventures, Joe Rossi, a native of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania has combined over 35 years of hunting and fishing experience and over 25 years of cooking expertise to bring to the airwaves an exciting outdoor show. JWA features the best in hunting and fishing destinations throughout the Western Hemisphere. Joe has traveled to such places as Saskatchewan, The Northwest Territories, and British Columbia in Canada, Belize and Panama in Central America and over 15 States in the US to film his adventures. 

As an added feature, he will also be performing his very popular cooking segment called “COOKING On the WILD SIDE with Joe Rossi”, that will feature the preparation and cooking of various types of wild fish and game with a gourmet approach..
